If your news app does not seem to be working properly, you may need to try the steps below. 


  1. Uninstall the app from your device 
  2. Power down your device for a minute or two and then power back up
  3. Reinstall the app while on a strong wifi connection 


Additionally, it may also be helpful to try and reboot your wifi network.  If these steps do not seem to work, please send in a support ticket through the app.


If you have completed these steps (in this exact order) and you are still experiencing an issue, please send in a support ticket through the app by following the steps below. 




Within the app:


1) Go to the app Tools tab at the bottom of the screen

2) Scroll down to Contact Support

3) This will bring up an email where you can write your message and send it to the team


*If you can provide screenshots of the issue, this will significantly help the team with troubleshooting. Please be sure to keep the pre-populated diagnostic information in the email so our support team can better troubleshoot any issues.
